A tribute for Anne Frank - Gone but not forgotten with ABstudio......

 A Tribute for Anne Frank, I can hear you say....WHY......well you know after the second world war everybody made it clear "This may never happen again" If you look a the world right know, all Hell broke loose. After the ocotober attack on again the jewish people
       Israel declared war on the terrorist organization Hamas.
    Suddenly everyone has forgotten what the Jewish people had to endure during the Second World War, and a large part of the world is turning its back on Israel.

Well not me, I feel one with the Jewish people. As a child I was almost not interested in anything I just wanted to know everything about the Jewish people and what they had to endure during and just before the outbreak of the Second World War.

Anne Frank is my hero,
    a young girl who described her life in hiding from the Nazis during the occupation of the Netherlands during the second world war. Her diary is the most read book of all time.

In my design I used chipboard windows a symbol for "het Achterhuis" behind the de book shelf.

The frames are a symbol for the love she had for famous artists, the pictures / photo's she collect are still at the same place she put them on. 

 

I used text strips from different ABstudio collections, I chose words and texts that most closely match her.

Royal Postal Service with 3Quarter Designs........

 

Hi Crafty Friends!!, Today I want to show you a new design for 3Quarter Designs using an amazing Collection " Adventure's Return".

Love love the old vintage colours, at the moment one of my favorite collections.

 

For this design I used allmost only paper and die-cuts from the collection except for 1 small flower and that comes from the 49&Market collection.

 

All parts are raised with cardboard or beads.

Remember Moments with Scrapaholics Chipboard.......

 

 Hi Crafty Friends!!, Today I want to show you a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard, for this design I used beautiful chipboard elements Flourish Set no.10 and Sprig Set no.1.

I edited the Chipboard Elements and de resins with black paint and a layer of Finnabair Metallique Wax "Bronze Age" 

For my designpaper I choose the collection "The Past" from ABstudio.

    This layout actually only consists of different tags that are provided with text strips, frames or washi tape.The flowers come from the 49andMarket collection and are beautifully equipped with stamens that have a brownish metallique appearance. These stamens come very close to the processed chipboard elements.

  Hi Crafty Friends!!, Today I want to show you a new design for 3Quarter Designs using a amazing Collection "Heavenly Wildflowers". The colors and flower die-cuts are amazing.

The collections from 3Quarter Design are for 2024 double sided, so double the fun in your designwork!!

For my background I used a mould from Prima Marketing/Finnabair and White Heavy Gesso on top of that a layer of VersaMark and 1 layer of Snowflake embossing tinsel from Ranger.

    This collection can be used for different themes such as babies, toddlers and preschoolers, a winter landscape, this collection has also a romantic twist.

With the exception of the background and paper lace border, I increased all layers with cardboard.

     The first thing I thought when I saw this collection I thought No not my thing. It's also the collection I picked up last for the month of July. But I really have to withdraw my thoughts because it is really a beautiful collection to work with beautiful black-grey tones, pink and old pink tones, orange gold colored tones .... really you can go many ways in terms of color with this collection.

 

    This time I used a photo of my youngest daughter "Chimène". Always busy taking pictures, singing, tiktok, instagram, own business, her son Akecheta, not to mention she also goes to school. A beautiful busy young mom with many qualities.
