Enjoy life with Scraoaholics Chipboard.....

 

 Hi Crafty Friends!, Today I want to show you a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard, for this design I used beautiful chipboard element SC-Life moments Word Set. I kept the chipboard piece from Scrapaholics Chipboard his original color. I love this color, the brownish color returns in the stamen / heart of the flower.

I combined the scrapaholics chipboard element with a great manufacturer  "49andMarket", design paper from the Vintage Artistry Teal Collection, Rub-ons from the Spectrum Sherbet Tidal Wave, Vintage Artistry Teal and Mango and Vintage Artistry Sky and Navy, Washi tape from the Vintage Artistry Sky, Flowers from the Majestic Bouquet-Midnight the frames that I have incorporated in my design I have cut from packaging material also from the 49andMarket Vintage Artistry Teal Ephemera Stack.

    There is a lot to see in the background of this layout, namely cardstock, design paper, washi tape, rub-on / transfer, if you mix this together you get a lot of pressure that you don't want to know, so I kept my composition very calm.

    With a black and white photo of my youngest daughter "Chimène, some flowers and 1 chipboard element you come a long way and you keep the peace.

    It is really great to work with the right scrapbook products it gives so much satisfaction, all the products I have used in this layout are so great you can hardly stop. It's even like that with me at least I just want more!!

Dream Big - Find your Way - Wild & Free with Scrapaholics Chipboard....

Today I want to show you a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard and I used the amazing Boho Word Set No.2 This design is a little bit different than normal, I made a combination of Clean and Simple en Romantic with flowers.

Romantic: Flowers, Leave's, Crystals, Hearts, Lace and Glitter.

Clean and Simple: Designpaper, original color Chipboard pieces from Scrapaholics Chipboard, Text-Strips.

In my design you can see a photo of my oldest and beautiful son Bo Rohanie how's Dreaming Big but can hardly find his way because he is still Wild and Free and that's no problem because his time will come!! 

 I love the original color of the Scrapaholics Chipboard pieces they don't need anymore color then it's own. The flowers in my design are from Prima Marketing Flirty Fleur collection. The text strips are van the Tim Holtz IdeaOlogy collection - love them!

I almost forgot an importent detail from my design - designpaper...Crate Paper / Maggi Holmes, the desigpapers I used are from 3 different collection I've think but the are great to do a Clean and Simple layout. It's a little strange to use those 3 different manufacturers but something in me said try it and see what happens.

Even If I say it myself "it's not bad" It's not bad at all, It was again quite a challenge for myself. At first it was going to be a Mixed Media project but at the first layer of Heavy Gesso I thought "NO" this isn't going to be it and threw the whole mess away.

Beautiful with Prima Marketing Pretty Mosaic....

 

 Hi Crafty Friends!, Today an extra post on my blog with an extra assignment "make someone even happier than happy after the birth of her first granddaughter. But it is also an extra challenge for myself. Make a gift for a dear colleague of which you actually do not know what her taste is preferably with a lot of Pink colors!!

    Gyl has been working at Medcor Pharmaceuticuls for about 2 years now, when Fisher Pharma closed its doors due to reorganization, 10 people were taken over from our sister company from De Schone Ruimte, Gyl was 1 of them!! We have become very close in a very short time, because within a company I cannot bear to see people being left to their own devices and having to figure everything out for themselves. I then get up on my own to show these people the way in a company as it should be. 

     Summer 2021 my youngest daughter came to work as a holiday worker at Medcor, in the changing room Gyl whispered in my ear I have to tell you something but I am not allowed to yet, to which I said I must also tell you something but I am not allowed yet. Not knowing that we both share the same story, my youngest daughter was pregnant and her oldest daughter was pregnant. This is quite coincidental!!
From the start that Gyl has been working with us, she has been completely fed up with my layouts and wants this so badly for her photos too, but she can't choose. So that's why the idea arose that I would make a layout of her first granddaughter. 

    Of course she not only gets the layout of her first granddaughter, but it is neatly framed with a 3D frame so that she can give it a nice place in her new home.
I am so curious about her reaction!! 

 

For this gift/design I used only Prima Marketing products!:

Pretty Mosaic - designpaper, Farm Sweet Farm Fresly - flowers, Farm Sweet Farm Little Farm - flowers, Farm Sweet Farm Farmer's - flowers, Indigo Beautiful Story - flowers, Finnabair Imaginarium - mould, Art Philosophy Metallic Pastels Accents - semi watercolors.

 As you can see I did a lot of fussy cutting which was quite difficult with all those bends and corners but I made it and it benefits the design completely.

 

    And what do you think of these amazing flowers from the very latest collections of fine marketing. I think they are great, wonderful to work with and to design with.

    I am really happy with the end result of this layout / design, who knows, maybe I will get paid assignments because of this gift for my dearest colleague, that will be great.
