Today a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard, using SC Vintage Lace Frame, SC Wagon Wheels, SC Maureen's Journal Words and SC Clock Hands. I edited the chipboard with Acrylic Pearl Medium from Van Bleiswijck.
The Chipboard elements from Scrapaholics Chipboard are so gorgeous even when you kept them natural or I've you edited them with any medium you can find.
For my designpaper I used Alchemy of Art "In Frosty Colors" I've you read the title you think it's all aboud winter but you can work both way "winter time or the "sewing way".
Beside the SC Vintage Lace Frame I also used Vintage Lage on my design. Here and there you can see it coming through my design, Vintage Lace is a part of my background.
The Flowers on my design I made them myself wtih designpaper from the Frosty Colors collection and a die I bought a long time ago on Alie Epress.
For the heart of the flower, where the stamens normally sit, I tried to indicate it by 3 pearl beads.
The leaves between the flowers, the buttons, the mannequin and the bouquet of flowers are die-cuts from the In Frosty Colors Collection.

I can't help it but this collection "The Versailles" is my favorite collection from ABstudio/store.The blues, the whites, the pinks, the gold, the green and the vintage brown....A great colour range.
I already bought 3 compleet sets and I still want to but a lot more.....With this collection the designs come so easily. Sepia photo are amazing to combain with this collction
On my paper base I used a stencil with white crackle paste from Finnabair / Prima Marketing, a resin from the mould collection Prima Marketing with a touch of acrylic paint from the Martha Stewart collection., The window frame is from the chipboard collection ABstudio/store and used the same acrylic paint from the Martha Stewart collection.
Love love frames, vintage photo's and most of all the ABstudio papercollection the Versailles. The blue colours are amazing. Blue in combination with gold, white, old green and old green/blue colours is huge. For this DT design I took 7 frames, 7 vintage photo's, 3 handmade flowers, chipboard, 8 text-strips, blue ink, pearl beads en licorice glas beads.
Each frame in the design features a text strip that refers to the good old days.

Well not me, I feel one with the Jewish people. As a child I was almost not interested in anything I just wanted to know everything about the Jewish people and what they had to endure during and just before the outbreak of the Second World War.
Anne Frank is my hero,
a young girl who described her life in hiding from the Nazis during the occupation of the Netherlands during the second world war. Her diary is the most read book of all time.
In my design I used chipboard windows a symbol for "het Achterhuis" behind the de book shelf.
The frames are a symbol for the love she had for famous artists, the pictures / photo's she collect are still at the same place she put them on.
I used text strips from different ABstudio collections, I chose words and texts that most closely match her.

I have always had a thing for wedding dresses, but over the years I have had my preference in terms of designer. My favorite designers are Dementrios, Pnina Tornai, Hailey Paige and Lazaro. The wedding dress in the photo in my design is from Lazaro.
