JOY with DCWV................

Today I want to promoot and share with you my JOY project that I made
for my GDT spot at DCWV....
There for I used the new Christmas WallDecals (self-adhesive) and
3 letters made of cardboard.

The Christmas WallDecals are gorgeous and you can use them on all kind of
surfaces - materials.

First I painted the Cardboard letters white with Arcrylic paint, make sure that it is
pure white, when everthing is dry I mounted the Christmas WallDecals on to the
front side of the letters. After that I used spray adhesive on the sides
I want to edit with powder snow.

Powder Snow is very easy to use and gives a stunning effect.
It's shiny and looks like real snow.

At last I want to show you another snap shot of my Christmas decoration

Thanks for stopping by!!!  I hope you liked my Christmas decoration project and
remember to leave some love and click on the blogger link to follow the blog!

Christmas Greetings with DCWV......

Today I want to show you my Christmas Greetings Card for DCWV,
I'm not really a card maker but now and then I find it really cool to do.
For the base I used packaging material, I taped them together. Then I edited the base
with a red-and-white dot design paper.
On the right side of the card you wil see a blue strip with a deer on it, this strip
is 3.5 cm wide.  Against the blue border I attached a half journaling
card and in the left corner of this journaling card a attached a christmas tree element
"a deer".  First I thought I hope it wil hold and it deed,
well as you can see this is not a card that you can send by postmail
because no envelope will fit.

For this project I used the gorgeous DCWV stack "Oh What Fun", gorgeous red, blue
and ice blue colors a perfect combination for Christmas.
And o so traditional, I love the deer head I bought this in a very cheap store
"Action" here in the Netherland.

For the title I used a Lawn Fawn custom craft die, I love those custom dies they are
very romantic hand written

At last I want to show you another snap shot of my Christmas Greetings card.

Thanks for stopping by!!!  I hope you liked my Christmas project and remember to
leave some love and click on the blogger link to follow the blog!

Christmas Stockings with DCWV......

A Christmas stocking is an empty sock or sock-shaped bag that is hung on
Christmas eve so that Santa Claus can fill it with small toys, candy, fruit or
other small gifts when he arrives. In some Christmas stories,
the contents of the Christmas stocking are
the only toys the child receives at Christmas from Santa Claus.
In other stories (and in tradition), some presents are also wrapped up in wrapping paper
and placed under the Christmas tree.
Some people even put their Christmas stocking by their bedposts so Santa Claus
can fill it by the bed while they sleep.

A perfect project for my design spot at DCWV, only I made them from
paper, felt, tags, silver bells and twine....

I used the gorgeous new Christmas Stack  "Oh What Fun" with
traditional Christmas Colors!!

I had a lot of fun making those stockings, they are simple and easy to make.
So if you want to bright up your christmas livingroom this is a project that will do
the job.... For me, it was the first time to create a Christmas Garland, I finished
the Christmas Garland in a couple of hours!!

Let's take a look at a few socks separatly

If I may say so - I find them so sweet....

THanks for stopping by!!!  I hope you liked my Christmas project and remember to
leave some love and click on the blogger link to follow the blog!

Lot's of orange, yellow and brown....

Autumn Blessings

The sketch and moodboard gave me a lot of inspiration, so much that I wanted to do
something different with this Reveal
For my background I just DCWV burlap, a die from Tim Holtz, Color Blooms from
Prima Marketing and Pschitt from Kesi-art.

I changed the sketch from Laëtitia completly, some parts I moved to the left and some parts
I moved to the right. I hope you can still see the sketch in it.
I want to thank Laëtitia you brought me in a crafty mood again......

Sweet Jaylinna Maria Lyla.......

Maybe not everyone know's but I have since june 15th 2015 a new job, my colleagues
were very curious whether I had other hobbies Besides work.
Of course I have, so I told them about scrapbooking, and maybe you will guess - none of
them knew what scrapbooking was. So a couple of day's later I showed my work that
was published in miscellaneous magazines.

One of my colleagues loved my work so much that she asked me If I worked in command
because her dearest friend gave birth to a healthy baby girl!! She wanted something
different, something special like a birth tile but not the embroidered version!

So what she asked is what I made, I must say I liked it......
See for your self!!!

Sweet Jaylinna Maria Lyla........

For this gorgeous Birth Tile I used the gorgeous collectie "Secret Garden" from
Graphic 45 with lovely resins and swirls from the Ingvild Bolme collection
(Prima Marketing)

So as you can see it's a real girly project and that is what my colleagues asked,
I love playing with girls colors, I don't know why - I think they are my colors as well!!

Let's take you closer and see for you self how gorgeous the colors are and the lovely
embellisments .....this afternoon I know if see likes it or she don't.
Let's pray for the first one.......

This Birth Tile includes name, birth date, birth time, weight and length.....the Title Sweet
is a chipboard element from Dusty Attic.....I distressed it with Tim Holtz (Ranger)
Distress Ink- Tattered Rose.

Lovely chipboard element from the Secret Garden collectie - Graphic 45......
On the picture below you can see a Easter Bunny from the Ingvild Bolme collection -
Prima Marketing.

I choose the hart balloons because this baby is made out of Love, and a baby get's and
needs al the love she or he can get....

Thanks for stopping by!!!  I hope you liked my baby project and remember to leave
some love and click on the blogger link to follow the blog!
