Chrismas Ornaments and Inspiration for 2026 with Scrapaholics Chipboard.....

 

  Hello everyone, it's the last day of 2025, and I'm here with Christmas inspiration, but that's just me. I'm someone who often only gets inspired for certain themes long after they've passed. But I still want to share them with you. 

 

I've had some used chipboard elements in my collection for quite some time, and I thought it was time to put them to use. These are the Candy Canes, Lace Ornaments, and the Layered Sled.
All three were painted with Martha Stewart Acrylic Paint and Transparent Acrylic Glitter Paint. Then I added die-cuts and flowers from Prima Marketing's latest Christmas collection, "Twinkle & Treat."

From here I would like to wish all my viewers and listeners a very Happy New Year, with many beautiful creative moments.

Of course, I couldn't stay behind with Christmas designs for Scrapaholics Chipboard.

For this project, I used the Swirl Christmas Tree. I'm almost afraid to admit it, but I think this chipboard element has been sitting on my shelf since the first year I designed for Tracey. This year, about four years later, I think, I couldn't resist using the Swirl Christmas Tree for this Christmas.

 

 

I painted the Swirl Christmas Tree with Martha Stewart Acrylic paint "Habanero Santin no. 32050" and Martha Stewart Acrylic paint "Antique Silver Glitter no. 32180."

The Christmas die-cuts and flowers are from the latest Prima Marketing Collection, Twinkle and Treats.

 

 

I know this project is coming after Christmas, but perhaps it will be a source of inspiration for 2026.

Adventure with Scrapaholics Chipboard......

Today a new design, I know it is the month of december so you expect a design with a christmas spirit. Sorry, but unfortunately I don't have any Christmas designs to my name this year. Maybe I will, but that will probably be in January 2026.

 

 

For this design I used a chipboard window, a chipboard mini arch window and a chipboard dangle. I edited them all with Van Bleiswijck Acrylie Pearl Medium.

 

 

For my designpaper I used an amazing collection form 7dots Studio.

Courage with Scrapaholics Chipboard..........

For this design I used chipboard chains, a chipboard roman clock with the hands and a chipboard title. I edited them all with distress ink and a layer of wax.

Today a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard using amazing chipboard elements like Mini Arch Windows 1 and Key to my Heart. I didn't edited them because I like the naturel colour of it. 

 

 

For my design paper and supplies I used the Teal collection from 49andMarket. I love the collections with a lot of teal and I enjoyed it to mix them together.

 

  

The flower is handmade with a pearl beat heart.

Sweet with Scrapaholics Chipboard.....

Today a new dt-design for Scrapaholics Chipboard using the Mini Arch Window 1 and one word from the Valentine Word Set. Edit them with a layer a blue ink and to layers of wax "Lucky Emerald and "Old Silver" both from the Finnabair wax collection.

  

For my design paper I used a sheet from one of there paper collections including rubons and the Vintage Artistry Sky Nouveau Collage Stack, a Stamp and Ink from prima marketing.

 

  

I had a lot of fun making this design......

Dream with Scrapaholics Chipboard........

 

Today a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard using amazing chipboard elements like SC Elegant Frame, SC Wagon Wheels, SC Maureen's Journaal Words and SC Clock Hands.

 I edited the Chipboard elements with Embossing Powder from WoW "Earthtone Olive Regular WJ03R"and Black Glint Embossing Glitter WS28R.  

I painted the Clock Hand with Van Bleiswijck Holland Acrylic Medium Pearl, when you etited the pearl medium and you let it dry the chipboard elements turn silver.....I like it a lot...... 

 

For my base I used a MDF heart shape form on top of that I used a background paper from the Earth Witch collection designed by 3Quarter Designs, on top of that I used a stencil from the Finnabair collection and embossed it.

For my design I used a second heart shape background paper from the Earth Witch collection designed by 3Quarter Designs and tore off sections of it. Then applied them in a raised position. 

For my design I used tags, eyelets, Scrapaholics Chipboard elements, photos, flowers, text strips and beads. 

 

    I hope this design has given you enough inspiration to try working with MDF figures, not just paper. But you can see how interesting it is to use many of the same colors while still maintaining a clear understanding of the material.

Earth Witch part 2.

Today a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard "Earth Witch part 2", using amazing chipboard elements like SC Cute Witch 2 and SC Sprig Set 2.

The are al been edited with embossing powder from WoW earth tone collection.

For my base I used a MDF circle plate on top of that I used a piece of design paper from the Earth Witch collection designed by 3Quarter Design New Zealand.

On top of my design paper base I edited some diecut elements from de collection in combinatie with 2 circle frames I made my design on top of the diecut elements.

In between the design I edited some metal embellisments like a skull, a skeleton and a metal crowling hand.

The flowers in my design are handmade with a die, the harts of the flowers are made with a brown wood beat.

Earth Witch with Scrapaholics Chipboard......

 

Today a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard, using amazing Halloween chipboard items! The items I used are SC Wtich, SC Ghosts 1, SC Jack O Lanterns, SC Bats and Cats. I embossed al the items with WOW the earth tones collection and WOW Black Glint WS28R. 

For my desingpaper I used the Earth Witch Collection from 3Quarter Designs, great collection with a lot of dark colour tones.

Love the witch sitting on a pumpkin, great item to work with!!

 But also the pumpkins, ghosts and bats where fun items to emboss!!

Fun Friend with Scrapaholics Chipboard.....

 This day a new design for Scrapaholics Chipboard, using a amazing  Chipboard Elements named: SC Cog Flourish 1 and SC Celebrate Word Set.

I didn't edited the chipboard elements because I love the natural look of it..... 

 

    The flower stand is placed on the Cog Flourisch banner, so only the ends of this banner are visible. This floral banner/stand is raised on the base of my background.

    This design was originally going to be an ABstudio designwork layout, but due to circumstances I had to convert it to a Scrapaholics design, so that's why the  Cog Flourisch banner was placed higher on the base. 

 

    The title of this layout is Fun Friend, attached directly to the base of my design paper and of course also retaining its own color.

    I hope this design has inspired you enough to get you started next week. Perhaps you've also put a layout aside because you couldn't quite figure it out or lacked inspiration. Often, once you have the foundation and pick a few elements you want to use, then add them, and sometimes shift them, things suddenly get rolling.
