The Beautiful Things with the Studio.......

Today I am sharing a challenge that we’re hosting over at The Studio – and it’s a challenge with a colour pallet. If you see this pallet you will immediately notice that I have added an extra color.

For my design I used the Midnight collection from Cocao Vanilla Studio and 1 sheet off white Bazzill Cardstock.......

I found the colour pallet really beautiful, but unfortunately I couldn't really find my way around it.....that why I added a pink color!!!

The midnight collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio's is really an amazing collection to work with,  I love the colors and die-cuts, stickers, buttons etc etc....

The Light of my Life with the Studio........

Today I am sharing a challenge that we’re hosting over at The Studio – and it’s a challenge with very fun doing part - Fussy Cutting!!

I decided that I wanted to use Crate Paper - Maggi Holmes - Willow Lane

For my base I used white Bazzill Cardstock and I fussy cut all the flowers from the design sheet Crate paper
Maggi Holmes - "Blossom" On the photo you can see my granddaughter Jealee Diana......

Love you -- Cocoa Vanilla........

 Today I finished my Cocoa Vanilla design for this design I used a different size 8.5"x 11"...The Midnight collection is jus amazing to see but also to work with, I'm in love with the colors of this collection the match perfectly!!

For my base I used the designsheet "Midnightinky Depths", on top of that a piece of white cardstock and I stitch it on the "Midnightinky Depths".

 
The collection match perfectly with colored photos but also with black and white photographs, you can see my youngest daughter Chimène, photo was taken during a photo shoot!!

My design started with the photo, because I increased the photo it was very easy to place chipboard, diecuts and stickers underneath this element. I added the title playfull partly on the photo and under the photo.

The lower part of the cardstock I sprinkled with Mister Huey's color mists!!

I'm incredibly enthusiastic about the Midnight collection that I ordered extra design paper so that I can make more designs that fit well with my photos.

XOXO March 2019 Reveal at Let's get Sketchy......

Hello all it's time to reveal our March challenge and it is of course a sketch designedby Brenshevia and the inspiration is provided by our amazing design team.

For my design I used the gorgeous paper collection from Crate Paper -- Maggi Holmes -- Gather, great colors and amazing to combine this with with Bazill Cardstock!! 
Most of the detail I used from the same collection but some of them are from the Good Vibes collection, they are great to combine!! 

After two photo's of my design I want to show you the sketch we had to work with, for me it was a difficult one!! But after some thinking I came up with this design!!

So as you can see I used the background from the sketch, three photo and de frame, but I didn't take one frame I made three of them!!

I worked with different heights, different heights gives an extra detail on your page.
